5-Year Infrastructure Dividend Continues to Unleash (CAMBODIA) According to the latest data from global construction industry intelligence platforms, Cambodia's construction industry is embracing its strongest growth cycle in nearly a decade. Basic statistics for 2024-2025 show a clear upward trend: 414 newly registered construction-related investment projects were recorded in 2024 with a total investment of about $6.9 billion; in 2025, the number of projects rose to 630, with total investment exceeding $10 billion, representing a 52% year-on-year increase in project count and a 45% year-on-year rise in total investment, with foreign capital participation continuing to climb.
